We are one of many autonomous Probus Clubs around the world providing regular gatherings of retired or semi-retired men from a wide variety of business or professional roles.
Here at the Ipswich & District Probus Club, we meet monthly on the last Wednesday for lunch, which is followed by an invited guest whose objective is to stimulate our members with an interesting and informative talk. On the second Wednesday of each month we meet for coffee and a chat.
Probus is a ‘men only’ club, but we actively, and regularly, welcome wives/partners to open events, outings and meals. Our membership typically comes from Ipswich itself and villages in the surrounding area.
